At Big Drop we have been serving the needs of the local surfing community since 1996 and after our 1st full year of online sales with e-bay we have now decided to open our very own online shop. We hope to extend the excellent customer service and product knowledge our customers have become accustomed to both in store and on e-bay were we are proud to be a top rated power seller. All of our products are 100% genuine. We hold accounts with all of the surf industries major suppliers.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
All products purchased from the Big Drop Surfshop carry the full manufacturer’s warranty.

WILL I BE CHARGED ANY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES ?
For regions outside of the European Union any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel and vary from country to country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the exact cost will be (if there is any). There are no customs or import duties within the EU as we ship from the UK..

DELIVERY DELAYS

This is something that very occasionally will happen and unfortunately will be out of our control. The most likely causes will be an attempt was made to deliver but no one was in, extreme weather or strike action.

IN STORE COLLECTION AND RETURNS

Items can be collected from our SWANSEA store but please confirm that the item is in stock and held for you before making your journey. Returns can also be made but must be pre-arranged and a return number issued first.

RETURNS
If you are returning goods for an exchange or refund you will need to cover the postal costs back to Big Drop. We advise you to use Royal Mail recorded delivery to ensure we can track that your package has arrived. If you have received an item that is faulty or received incorrectly we will of course refund your postal costs once the item has been received. Please contact us either by phone or email before returning any goods as you will need a return number.

How long does it take to process my refund?
We always aim to process any refunds on the same day that an item is received back at Big drop. Please allow time for the refund to show up in your bank account as this will vary.

I have RETURNED my item to BIG DROP but you do not appear to have received IT, how do I make a claim?
The first thing to do is check that your item has been delivered to us and signed for. We recommend that you use Royal Mail Signed For Service which allows you to track your parcel at http://track.royalmail.com. Royal mail require there customers to wait 15 days before contacting them to make a claim.
